We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer. All orders will be shipped via USPS.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 21 days of purchase. Simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. All return shipping fees are the responsiblity of the buyer.
The information that you provide to TGL Designs will remain with us. It will not be shared or sold to any other outside party.
TGL Designs' products are available for wholesale purchase to a Licensed Retail or Resale business with a valid tax ID number. Please contact us with your business name, address, phone number and tax ID number. We will acknowledge receipt of this information via e-mail and provide you with our wholesale pricing and a temporary wholesale password. All wholesale sales are final. It is the buyer's responsibility to know what will sale in his or her store and you assume this resposiblity when you place your order. There will be No Buy Backs or Returns. If an item is damaged in shipping we will exchange for the same item. Damage claims must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Do not return any damaged items unless you have contacted TGL Designs.
